Step 2
Your profile is matched with employers
Next, our smart matching algorithm finds you the best job opportunities that align with your experience and preferences. Your profile is then sent directly to employers, anonymised.
Step 3
Receive invitations from employers for next steps
If it's the right fit, you will receive an invite from the employers to proceed to the next steps. You can choose to either accept or reject the invites.
Step 4
Accept or decline invitations
If you accept the invite, the employer will reach out to guide you through the next steps. If you decline, our system will keep searching until we find the perfect opportunity for you.
