When we were looking for our first jobs out of uni, we spent countless hours perfecting applications, only to be met with silence or instant rejection. We eventually landed jobs but we were totally drained by the end of it. We spoke to hundreds of students and graduates and they told us they had the exact same experience.

We decided on the initial features - job matching, comprehensive profiles, transparent salaries, and match limits. We went back and forth with jobseekers and employers to align these features to target the problems they faced.

In 2025, we opened our waitlist and through organic marketing only, almost 1000 student and graduate jobseekers joined from universities across Sydney and Perth. In May 2026, we unlocked the waitlist to start matching our jobseekers with employers. Now we're looking to grow our reach to help more people with their career or hiring journeys.
